COVID-19 UPDATE

The COVID-19 Pandemic has impacted us all in many ways. Carolina SGO has changed some company policies in effort to provide the best opportunity for safe and healthy environments. Updated Showroom Policies -

Prior to COVID-19, our showroom would often have multiple groups of clients visiting us at the same time. We are a small family business and would always take care of our clients as quick as possible, there would sometimes be a wait. Considering that and that all of our displays are full size and operable, there are many touched and handled items. In effort to maintenance the cleanest environment, our showroom will be by appointment only moving forward. We will not have any "walk-in" opportunities available. Please contact us ahead of time to make an appointment. This will allow us ample time to dis-infect all touched services and thoroughly clean the the showroom for the next visit. Masks may be required at the discretion of Carolina SGO and will be provided by Carolina SGO, if needed. In some cases, the completed online questionnaire listed below may be required prior to entry. Please do not visit if you are feeling ill. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Updated In-Home/On-Site Policies -

All in-home/on-site appointments will require the completion of our online health questionnaire listed below prior to appointment. Masks are not required to be worn by our clients while we are at your location. We may request it, if we feel the need to. We will have masks on hand for our staff and will wear them per your request or if we feel the need to do so. All tools are to be cleaned on a regular basis. We will not send anyone into your location not feeling well. Please give us same respect by not having us come there if anyone in your house is ill as well. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

It is our priority to provide a healthy working environment for our staff and for our clients. Our staff must fully pass these prerequisites as well prior to entering your property. If you have any questions and or concerns about these questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. The completion of this form is required to complete your appointment. If for any reason deemed necessary, your appointment will be rescheduled. For privacy purposes, your results will not be shared with anyone.
